Happy New Year!
Heres to 2011 being a much better year!
Lady Bug celebrated her Gotcha day/B-day with us! We have had her a year!
Life has been coring so far, Christmas was good. Big plans for puppies in 2011!

Greyhound Friends of NJ Craft Show
"Craft Show" was an understatement! My only regret was that I didn't have enough money! Greyt vendors and rescues, a bake sale and a tricky tray that had prizes like an iPad, $300 Best Buy Gift Card, and an iPod touch.
I won none of those things. LOL
I bought $20 worth of tricky tray tickets knowing it was going to a good cause. I wish I could get another one...there was a black male there for adoption named KB's Ivan Drago...my favorite Rocky villian (from Rocky IV). He had the thinnest blaze going down his nose and white sox and a tip on the tail...he stared at me. With those "Darien eyes". I started crying. I had to leave him, I knew I don't have the room right now.
Sigh. :( It still hurts...
On the bright note - I met up with my friend Raquel and we had a fabulous dinner at Olive Garden. Talked dogs...my favorite subject.

Giving Thanks
I am thankful for my family, friends, health, and my dogs and cats aka "The Beasts".
I am missing Princess who passed away a year ago this month, but thankful for Lady Bug - a quirky little Spaniel who is dumb as a box of rocks. LOL
I miss my Darien terribly. I still do, always will. He used to open up his gifts, and thoroughly enjoy them. But I think to myself, one day, there will that Greyhound who needs me as much as Darien did. He was a gorgeous beast of a hound - jet black with a white patch on his chest. I don't have a lot of pictures of him that are fabulous as he was so dark. And he didn't care for the camera so much. (And I only had a digital camera in 2004 - a year before he died.)
That said, I miss Elvis. I miss the Elvis in this picture - the puppy who adored his poppa hound. And me. I know I did right by Elvis, but it still hurts. I know him and Darien are together.

Majors!
Tollar got his second major by going BOW at the Kennel Club of Philadelphia! Yay!
He needs 2 singles to finish now!
